PalmThis weekend, the Pere Garau neighborhood will host the first Variado Fair, one of the star dishes of Mallorcan cuisine. The initiative was created with the aim of promoting one of the island's most popular dishes, now established as an emblem of traditional Mallorcan cuisine and local produce.

The program will include, in addition to the gastronomic huts with a variety of dishes prepared by the island's bars and restaurants, a central stage with activities for all ages from 8 p.m. on Saturday, with the opening night, until 10 p.m. on Sunday, with the concerts that will close this first edition. The participating bars are: La Llubinense, Bar Mónaco, Nuevo Balear, Can Na Martina, Can Pometa, Es Rotlet, Bocatas y Bocados, and Es Born Events, in addition to two stops. food trucksand two with sweet products.

Programming

The event will begin on Saturday the 27th at 7:00 PM at the Pere Garau market and will run until midnight with various offerings. Electronic music and a festive atmosphere will be the main attractions of this opening night.

Sunday will be the main day of the fair, starting at 10:00 a.m. and ending around midnight. The program includes cultural activities, workshops, live music, and, of course, a wide range of food.
