The drafting of expansion projects for the Vía Roma and Santa Pagesa parking facilities is also planned, with a total budget of €3,125,740.82. Significant improvements to existing parking facilities, such as those in Condado del Rosellón and Avenidas, are also anticipated, along with upgrades to the parking areas at Plaza Mayor, Antoni Maura, and Calle de Manacor. Simultaneously, SMAP will continue to advance the Parking Plan by contracting a consultancy to prepare the necessary reports, studies, and specifications for its subsequent tendering. ORA Zone

Regarding the regulated parking zone (ORA), its expansion is planned, for which the budget includes the renewal and improvement of technical equipment with new automatic ticket machines, VisualCar license plate reading cameras and software Updated complaint management system.

In addition, the fourth phase of the BiciPalma expansion will be developed, which will consist of the installation of 23 new stations and the acquisition of 230 electric bicycles, thus extending the service to Playa de Palma and the seafront promenade.

Night staff

As a new measure, to guarantee service availability first thing in the morning, nighttime staff will be reinforced to redistribute the bicycles and serve the areas with the highest demand. Finally, the budget allocates €398,600 to improve security in parking areas, with the aim of preventing risks associated with parking electric vehicles.
