Protest for Palestine in Palma despite Cort's ban

PalmNumerous people gathered this Saturday night in Plaza Frederic Chopin in Palma, in support of Palestine and coinciding with the Night of Art. The demonstration took place, even though the Cort (Cultural Court) had denied authorization to do so.

Among the attendees were political representatives and social activists. Notable among those in attendance were former congresswoman Laura Camargo and former mayor of Palma, José Hila, who showed support for the protest.

The rally, called urgently after the city council's refusal, was peaceful, with banners demanding an immediate end to the conflict and Palestinian flags flying.
