Minors at risk
In cases involving minors at risk, a special combination of indicators is detected that suggest the violence inflicted by the aggressor on the victim could extend to other people close to them, especially to the minors in their care, the Ministry explains.
Similarly, the statistics reflect 11,982 cases involving minors in their care that are particularly relevant, with 18 at extreme risk, 1,072 at high risk, and 10,892 at medium risk. In the latter, a special combination of indicators is detected that significantly increases the likelihood that the aggressor will inflict very serious or lethal violence on the victim.
