Vox attacks a queer performance in Algaida: "It's a disgrace to have that idiot on stage."
The far-right party has already attacked an LGBT event during the Calvià festivities.

PalmThe far-right party in Algaida City Council on Monday criticized the performance of queer artist Sor Estiercol, who performed last weekend as part of Alagaid'Art. Vox councilor Miguel Martínez criticized the DJ for "dressing up as a woman, smoking, and drinking while playing music in the presence of minors," he said in a press release.
In this regard, the party has criticized the mayor of the municipality for allowing the performance in question, since in its opinion, "far from being an event to bring culture to the residents, the PSOE has used it to impose a radical cultural model that is far removed from the traditions and values of the Algaidines." According to the statement, neighbors who are sympathetic to the party told the councilor that it was a "disgrace" to have "this monstrosity" on stage in the presence of families and minors.
It should be noted that this is not the first time that extremists have attacked events where LGBTI+ rights are openly defended. A few months ago, Vox Calvià also attacked the organizers and artists who performed at one of the events scheduled for the municipality's festivities. Days after the party's statement, the Calvià City Council (PP and Vox) also took a stand against the events and demanded explanations from the PSIB councilors who had organized the event.
