PalmMallorca has been fined again by the Anti-Violence Commission. The commission has proposed a €10,000 penalty for displaying a flag of the radical group Supporters Gol Sur in the Betis supporters' section at Son Moix stadium during the match on February 15th. This fine comes just one month after the club was fined for supporting radical fans at a previous match.

On that occasion the fine amounted to 20,000 eurosAccording to the report prepared by the National Sports Office (OND) of the National Police, the Balearic club granted a prominent role in the supporters' section of the Son Moix Stadium to a leading member of the Supporters Mallorca group, an ultra and far-right group. RCD Mallorca assigned this supporter responsibility for the lectern located in this section of the stands and for the only authorized public address system, reinforcing his image of leadership among the fans. The club itself identified the supporter as a member of Supporters Mallorca in a letter sent to the OND in September.

The State Commission classifies the events as a serious infraction, as stipulated in Law 19/2007 of July 11 against violence, racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sport. This is the third proposed sanction of this nature for RCE Mallorca since the end of 2023. Among other sanctions, in 2023, Mallorca was also fined €3,001 for deficiencies in access control measures and the presence of glass barriers that should have prevented a fan from disrupting the Mallorca-Atlético de Madrid match, held on November 9.
