The Principal opens the sale of season tickets and tickets for the 2026-2027 season
The season will begin with 'All the angels took flight' by La Zaranda on the 25th
PalmaThe box office of the Principal theatre, both the physical one at the theatre itself and the virtual one at www.teatreprincipal.com, will reopen this Wednesday with the sale of season tickets for the 2026/2027 season. Starting Saturday the 5th, general tickets will also go on sale. Subscribers will have a few days' advantage to choose their preferred seats; furthermore, the first 50 subscribers who purchase their season ticket at the theatre's box office will receive a gift.
Box office hours are from Wednesday to Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm, while on Sundays it is open one hour before the performance. For this season, the Principal maintains the same prices and season ticket options.
The Principal theatre offers a wide range of discounted season tickets that facilitate access to its programming. The Extra season ticket offers a 40% discount for the purchase of five or more shows, excluding opera. With the General season ticket, a 25% discount is obtained for the purchase of three or four shows, excluding opera. The Family Intergenerational offers a 25% discount for the purchase of two tickets for two or more shows from our family programming, especially recommended for families and for young people accompanying the elderly.
The Duo offers a 25% discount for the purchase of two double tickets for two or more shows in the programming (excluding opera). The Dance season ticket offers a 25% discount for the purchase of two or more tickets for dance shows. And the Opera season ticket offers a 20% discount on the purchase of two or more shows from the Opera Season.
The season will open on September 25th with the historic company La Zaranda, which will present Todos los ángeles alzaron el vuelo, a piece of high reflection and social criticism about peripheries. Two days later, on September 27th, Cia. Ester Guntín will inaugurate the dance season with Quiso negro, a visual performance based on the iconographic and symbolic universe of ritual.
