Fights throughout the town, insults and vandalism at the Fornalutx festivities
The City Council has denounced the incidents and stressed that they will not tolerate such behavior.

PalmThe Fornalutx Town Council has issued a statement denouncing the events that occurred this Saturday during the summer carnival. There were fights in different parts of the town, insults and contempt, and the lack of respect shown toward the organizing team. In a statement, they denounced the events as "intolerable and shameful."
Given the situation, the Town Council decided to stop the music. They had to stop five minutes before the scheduled time and notify the Local Police. After managing to stop the brawl in the square, more brawls broke out in various parts of the town.
In addition to the fights, people broke bottles, made noise, and caused disturbances next to Rutlana, a space where no one has anything to do when the party is in the square.
However, in the statement issued by the City Council, they assert that "alcohol and late-night music, when combined with uncivil and violent behavior, contribute nothing positive." "What happened yesterday not only tarnishes the name of our town, but also endangers the coexistence and safety of everyone," they stated.
Once the events were reported, the City Council emphasized and made it clear that anyone who does not respect these basic rules of coexistence and civility will face the consequences: "The security forces will act with all necessary force." "From today, we make it clear that patience has a limit," they concluded.
