Jaume Anglada is discharged from Son Espases

PalmMallorcan singer Jaume Anglada was discharged this Thursday from the Traumatology Department at Son Espases University Hospital, just over a month after being run over in Palma.

According to hospital information, Anglada has progressed "very favorably" since being admitted to the ward on August 26th, after spending nearly 20 days in the ICU. He will now continue his rehabilitation at another facility. It should be noted that Anglada was seriously injured on August 8th after being hit by a car while riding his motorcycle along Joan Miró Street, which fled the scene.

According to health and police sources, the accident occurred around 1:30 a.m. near Cala Major. Initial investigations indicate that the car hit the motorcycle and left the scene, leaving the singer seriously injured. Due to his extremely serious injuries, he was immediately evacuated to Son Espases University Hospital. The driver of the car was arrested at his home thanks to the assistance of several witnesses who provided the vehicle's registration number to the Palma Local Police, which led to the location of the young man in question, who is in his twenties.
