Open House Palma is seeking volunteers to participate in the fifth edition of the architecture festival.
Between November 10 and 16, the capital of the Balearic Islands will once again be the venue for the festival

PalmOpen House Palma has now opened the registration period for all those interested to join as volunteers. As detailed in a press release, to be part of the fourth edition of the architecture festival, "no previous knowledge of urban planning and design is necessary. All that's needed is a desire to showcase the city's heritage, both ancient and contemporary."
The organizers of the festival, which will take place from November 10th to 16th, have thus called for all types of profiles: students, professionals, technicians, culture lovers, historians, older people, young people... They have also reminded everyone that to be part of this team of volunteers, you just need to be over 16 years old, be "a" the following form, or contact the organization through this email address: voluntariat@openhousepalma.org.
The volunteers' duties will include guiding tours of the interiors of the buildings, organizing queues, and providing festival-goers with practical information about the festival. Their work will be concentrated on the weekend of November 15th and 16th. To allocate time based on each volunteer's availability, four time slots have been established: Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The organization explained that, as a reward, volunteers will have priority access to all buildings during the festival, and once the event is over, they will be invited to an exclusive party with many prizes, including a merchandise package: a clothing bag with the exclusive 5th Festival design! In addition, UIB students will be able to earn an ECTS credit.
