Palma City Council has presented the third edition of the SoloFlow Freestyle Ciutat de Palma, which will take place on October 10th, starting at 8:00 PM, at the Velòdrom Illes Balears. During the presentation event, which took place at the Parc de la Mar, an exhibition was offered as a preview of the show.
The Mayor of Palma, Jaime Martínez, has highlighted the consolidation of this event in Palma, which is holding its third edition in the city this year, following those in 2024 and 2025, the last two already under the name SoloFlow Freestyle Ciutat de Palma. The change of venue will allow for the incorporation of important new features into the show this year. Specifically, the Illes Balears Velodrome will allow for two landing areas to perform synchronized jumps, a proposal that had not been seen in Palma until now.
The lineup for this third edition will be headlined by Edgar Torronteras, pioneer and historical figure of freestyle and promoter of the event; Maikel Melero, five-time FMX world champion; and José 'Mincha', winner this year of gold and bronze medals at the X Games. Antonio Navas and Rocky Florensa will also participate, who will offer the Tandem Jump, and Unai Aguiló, Javi Jabato, Víctor Córdoba, Pablo Naert and José Zambudio.
Throughout his speech, the mayor of Cort highlighted that the SoloFlow Freestyle represents a new commitment to the organization of sporting events in Palma, and claimed the fact that the city is host to an event of these characteristics.
Likewise, the mayor has thanked Edgar Torronteras and the entire organizing and technical team for their involvement, as well as the pilots, sponsors, and collaborators who make this new edition possible.
The event will also feature the presence of the Sevillian singer and DJ Alba Dreid, who will be in charge of providing the music for the show.
Tickets for the SoloFlow Freestyle Ciutat de Palma are available through the event's official website, www.soloflowfreestyle.com.
