Two people evacuated by helicopter after becoming exhausted during a hike to the Torre de la Seca

PalmaTwo people had to be evacuated this Tuesday morning from the Torre de la Seca area, after being unable to continue the mountain route they were on due to fatigue and lack of water. The alert was received on Monday at 9:17 PM and members of the Sóller Mountain Rescue Group, with the support of the Milana helicopter, were dispatched to the site, as reported by the Mallorca Firefighters.
The two people were hiking between Port de Sóller and Cala Tuent when they became immobilized due to exhaustion. Rescue teams located them during the night and remained in the area until sunrise to ensure their safety. Early this Tuesday morning, the Milana helicopter evacuated them, and for now, no further details about their health status have been released.
