Which croquettes are the most popular in Palma?

PalmWhen it comes to croquette delivery in Palma, three names clearly stand out: Coyunda, Asador Real, and La Rosa Vermutería. According to Glovo data, nearly 18,000 croquettes were ordered in the Balearic Islands during 2025, with Palma leading the ranking, followed by Inca and Ibiza. January saw the most orders, but the peak day was February 2nd: in just one day, Balearic Islanders sent 140 croquette orders for home delivery, almost six per hour. As for preferences, chicken croquettes top the list, followed by stew and ham croquettes. However, the most popular croquettes in Palma aren't just traditional: at Coyunda, you can try everything from classic Iberian ham croquettes to more creative versions with bacon and Parmesan cheese. Asador Real maintains its success with classic recipes, and La Rosa Vermutería stands out with its T-bone steak croquettes, spinach with blue cheese and walnuts, or even for dessert, rice pudding croquettes.

Nil Camacho, head of Glovo in the Balearic Islands, points out that more and more establishments are opting for "new formats and flavors," making the croquette "the most ordered traditional recipe in Spanish cuisine for home delivery."
