MÁS por Mallorca and EH Bildu join forces in Bilbao to promote a joint sovereignty strategy in the State.
The meeting comes after Otegi initiated a round of contacts with ERC last Monday.

PalmMÁS por Mallorca met this Wednesday with EH Bildu to agree on a joint sovereignty strategy for the state, within the framework of the round of consultations that Arnaldo Otegi began last week with ERC. Member of Parliament Vicenç Vidal and the organizational secretary of MÉS por Mallorca, Maria Ramon, met at EH Bildu headquarters with the party's general secretary, Arnaldo Otegi; the secretary for Political Relations and spokesperson in the Senate, Gorka Elejabarrieta; and the organization secretary, Sonia Jacinto. During the meeting, they analyzed the political situation in the state and the international panorama, defending the need to cooperate to advance "in favor of the sovereignty" of each territory, as explained in a joint statement.
"MÁS por Mallorca and EH Bildu are open to collaboration and alliances," Vidal emphasized in the statement. In this regard, the spokespersons highlighted the relationship they have maintained in recent years, with joint initiatives, such as the joint candidacy in the 2024 European elections. MÁS por Mallorca and EH Bildu reaffirmed their commitment to continue working together, "aware of the political situation and ready to face any possible scenarios."
