A fire burns a clothing store in Can Picafort and forces the evacuation of four homes

PalmaA fire on Monday gutted a clothing store in Can Picafort, in the municipality of Santa Margalida. The fire forced the evacuation of four homes and the commercial premises itself, according to Bombers de Mallorca.

To the scene of the events, personnel from the Alcúdia and Artà stations have moved to intervene in the fire and prevent the flames from spreading to other properties. According to information provided by the Mallorca Firefighters, there have been no injuries as a result of the fire. The causes of the fire have not yet been revealed.
