Hundreds of residents filled the Coll square with a popular dinner.
The participants also played a game of truco.

PalmMore than 200 Palma residents gathered last Wednesday in the iconic Plaça d'en Coll to play tricks and dine together outdoors. The event, organized by the Canamunt residents' association and the Brunzit platform, began around 7:00 p.m. with a round of tricks, in which those familiar with the rules of the card game explained them to those who didn't.
Once the game was over, the attendees began bringing out bread, lunchboxes with trempón, tortillas, side dishes, and other dishes to share. At that point, many people who hadn't previously played truco began arriving to join in the outdoor dinner.
With tables and chairs, the residents of downtown Palma gradually filled this square, which, despite not being very large, seems larger than we're used to seeing, usually filled with tourists sitting on the terraces of the surrounding establishments, lined up side by side. Thus, this Wednesday, for the first time, the square was filled again—this time with residents—who shared a self-organized outdoor dinner.
