The autopsy rules out the murder of the 45-year-old woman in Formentera as a sexist murder.

PalmAn autopsy has revealed that the woman found dead last Sunday morning in Les Pujols (Formentera) did not die of violent causes. The Civil Guard has thus ruled out the possibility of domestic violence, as stated by the Government Delegation against Gender Violence.

The tests carried out by forensic doctors have determined that the 45-year-old woman, of Italian nationality, did not die as a result of violence. The specific causes of death, however, are still unclear and will have to be determined through further tests that have already been requested, the Civil Guard reported.

The deceased's partner, who was arrested that same Sunday as part of the search to clarify the events, is expected to be brought before the judicial authorities in the coming hours.
