PalmaMarina Fiscaletti, until now Director General of Social Welfare for the Government, will be number two on the PP's list for the Senate for Mallorca in the general elections on November 29th. The list will be headed by Sebastià Sagreras, as announced this Saturday by the party, which has also confirmed Ramón Sintes as a candidate for the Upper House for Menorca.

Fiscaletti, who is also Deputy Secretary of Participation and Mobilization of the PP of the Balearic Islands, has thanked the party for its trust and stated that she faces this new stage with enthusiasm and responsibility. "Politics makes sense when it serves to improve people's lives. I want to take to the Senate the concerns of those who strive every day to support their families and build their future in Mallorca," she stated in a press release.

The candidate has defended that behind every political decision there are people, families, and life projects that deserve to be heard. Therefore, she has placed the daily problems of the citizens among her priorities, especially the difficulties of young people in accessing housing, family reconciliation, and future opportunities.

"It is not just about representing Mallorca in Madrid, but that the decisions made in Madrid take into account how we live in Mallorca," she pointed out. Fiscaletti has assured that this will be her way of understanding responsibility: "To listen, to be close, and to work to provide answers."

The PP also announced this Saturday the candidacy of Ramón Sintes for the Senate for Menorca. Sintes is the secretary general of the Menorcan Popular Party, and the party has defined him on social media as a "young and prepared" person. The organization highlighted that he combines experience in municipal management, commitment to the future of Menorca, and a willingness to give a voice to young people.
