PalmSome 200 people gathered this Sunday at Son Bonet to protest the massive solar park that Aena plans to build there. They claim that the Spanish government's new airport investment plan includes the massive park.

Residents are demanding that the area be converted into a "small Mediterranean forest." Manel Gomáriz, spokesperson for the Son Bonet, Lung Verde platform, has called on political institutions and Francina Armengol and Marga Prohens personally to continue working and act decisively to prevent the park from being built.
